For over 14 years, in working with individuals, couples, and families, I have seen how closely emotional health is connected to how we relate to ourselves and the people around us. When life gets painful or overwhelming it's easy to find ourselves stuck and on autopilot, unsure of how to make the changes that lead to real growth and healing. My practice is centered on providing a space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and equipped to show up more fully for themselves and those they love.
